How to close my account?

To request account closure for your BitoPro account, please submit the following documents:

  1. Print, complete, and sign this Declaration
  2. Please provide the email address you wish to close as text in the email or online form
  3. Photos of the front and back of ARC/ID card (Please take photos of the original document. Photocopies are not accepted.)
  4. A selfie of yourself holding the front of your ARC/ID Card (Image 1)
  5. A selfie of yourself holding the front of this Declaration (Image 2)

The information shown in the submitted documents must be clear and fully visible. When taking the selfies, please ensure that the document or Declaration is in focus and that all information is clearly legible and not covered or obscured. If the submitted images are too blurry or any information is obscured and cannot be verified, you will be asked to provide corrected documents before your application can be processed.
 

Take photos of the above documents and submit them via our online customer support form.
