To request a change to the mobile phone number registered to your BitoPro account, please submit the following documents:
- Print, complete, and sign this Declaration
- Please provide the new mobile phone number you wish to use as text in the email or online form.
- Photos of the front and back of ARC/ID card (Please take photos of the original document. Photocopies are not accepted.)
- A selfie of yourself holding the front of your ARC/ID Card (Image 1)
- A selfie of yourself holding the front of this Declaration (Image 2)
The information shown in the submitted documents must be clear and fully visible. When taking the selfies, please ensure that the document or Declaration is in focus and that all information is clearly legible and not covered or obscured. If the submitted images are too blurry or any information is obscured and cannot be verified, you will be asked to provide corrected documents before your application can be processed.
