Dear Members,
To ensure the smooth transfer of your funds, please be reminded that BitoPro currently does not support any form of cross-chain bridge deposits.
If you deposit crypto directly via cross-chain bridge services (such as Stargate, Polymarket, etc.), the funds will NOT be automatically credited.
If you have mistakenly made a cross-chain transfer, please refer to our official asset return guide:
https://support.bitopro.com/hc/zh-tw/articles/56060181237657
Thank you for your cooperation.
