[Service Impact]

During the maintenance period, the BitoPro Website, App, and API will be temporarily unavailable. The details are as follows:

● All trading functions (including Spot, Quick Trade, Grid Trading, Auto Invest, and Small-Amount Conversion) will be suspended. Order placement and cancellation will not be available.

● TWD and cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals will be suspended. Deposits credited during this period will be processed automatically after maintenance.

● Points-to-Crypto services (FamilyMart and KGI Bank redemption pages) will be unavailable.

● All platform campaigns, including trading events and redemption codes, will be temporarily suspended.

● From 08:15 onward: Trading services fully resumed
