To optimize our platform, BitoPro will update its authentication mechanism on 2026-07-09 at 12:00 (UTC+8). Please note the following impacts and required actions:

[App Users]

• Logged in between 5/27 and 7/9: Unaffected. No action required.
• Did not log in during this period: You will be prompted to log in again when opening the App after 7/9.
• Tip: Set up a Passkey in your App settings for fast, secure biometric login!

[OpenAPI Users]

• Keys created BEFORE 2026-05-27 00:00: These will be deleted on 7/9 at 12:00. To avoid service disruption, please recreate a new API Key via the API Management page beforehand.
• Keys created AFTER 2026-05-27 00:00: Unaffected. You may continue using your current Key.
• Check Key Status: Visit BitoPro Website → API Management.
