BitoPro will conduct scheduled system maintenance on March 9, 2026 (Mon) from 04:00 to 09:00 (UTC+8). The maintenance is expected to last approximately 5 hours and has been arranged during off-peak hours to minimize impact. This announcement will be updated if services resume earlier.

Service Impact

During the maintenance period, the BitoPro Website, App, and API will be temporarily unavailable:

● All trading functions (including Spot, Quick Trade, Grid Trading, Auto Invest, and Small-Amount Conversion) will be suspended. Order placement and cancellation will not be available.

● TWD and cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals will be suspended. Deposits credited during this period will be processed automatically after maintenance.

● Points-to-Crypto services (FamilyMart and KGI Bank redemption pages) will be unavailable.

● All platform campaigns, including anniversary events and redemption codes, will be temporarily suspended.

Resumption Schedule

● 09:00–9:15: Manual order cancellation available

● From 09:15 onward: Trading services fully resumed
