Due to the 2026 Lunar New Year holidays, BitoPro services will be adjusted accordingly.

The last processing time for New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) withdrawals will be February 13 (Fri), 2026 at 13:00 (GMT+8). TWD withdrawal services will be suspended from February 14 (Sat) to February 22 (Sun), 2026, and any requests submitted during this period will be processed sequentially on the next business day.

TWD deposit services will remain fully operational and will not be affected during the holiday period.

For cold wallet orders, the last pre-holiday purchase time is February 9 (Mon), 2026 at 23:59, with shipments scheduled for February 11 (Wed). Orders placed on or after February 10 (Tue), 2026 will be shipped sequentially starting from February 24 (Tue), 2026 after the holidays.

Online text-based customer support will be available on February 14, 15, 21, and 22. Customer support services will be suspended from February 16 to February 20, and inquiries received during this period will be handled starting from the next business day.
