​Due to severe weather conditions affecting certain areas, the New Taiwan Dollar (NTD) withdrawal service will be adjusted:
​For Areas with Bank Closures (Work Suspended):
​NTD withdrawal requests submitted on October 21, 2025 will be delayed by one business day.
​For Areas with Normal Bank Operation:
​The withdrawal service remains unaffected. Funds from requests made before 13:00 will be credited to your bank account by 15:30 as scheduled.
