Dear Members,
Due to new NTD deposit limit regulations from our banking partners, effective June 28, 2025, new users who pass Level 2 verification will be subject to the following NTD deposit limits:
Initial Limits:
Member Status: New users (individual accounts) who pass Level 2 identity verification on or after June 28, 2025, 00:00 (UTC+8):
Deposit Limits:
- Per Transaction: NT$100,000
- Daily: NT$100,000
- Monthly: NT$3,000,000
Upgrade Limits and Rules:
Member Status: New users (individual accounts) who pass Level 2 identity verification on or after June 28, 2025, 00:00 (UTC+8), and meet the following upgrade requirements
Upgrade Requirements:
(1) Pass Level 2 identity verification for at least 31 calendar days.
(2) Accumulate a total monthly deposit of NT$500,000 (inclusive) or more.
Effective Date: Once both conditions above are met, the new limits will take effect on the 1st of the following month at 14:00.
Deposit Limits:
- Per Transaction: NT$1,500,000
- Daily: NT$2,000,000
- Monthly: NT$5,000,000
Important Notes:
- Members who passed Level 2 verification before June 27, 2025, 23:59 (UTC+8) are not subject to these new user deposit limits.
- If your cumulative monthly deposit does not reach NT$500,000 (inclusive), the monthly accumulation will reset for the following month.
- The daily limit resets at 00:00 (midnight) every day.
