[Notice] Customer Service Temporarily Suspended During Chinese New Year 2023

Dear user,

 

As per 2023 Chinese New Year holiday, BitoEX, BitoPro hotline and online customer service will not be available in the following dates & times: 

 

  • Jan. 16: Customer service will not be available from 17:00 to 20:00 (UTC+8) due to an internal meeting.
  • Jan. 20-25: Customer service will be suspended.
  • Jan. 26-29: Online customer service will resume. Inquiries during CNY will be handled successively. 
  • From Jan. 30: Hotline and online customer service will be back to normal.

 

Please be noted that the last date of TWD withdrawal before CNY will be Jan. 19 before 14:30 (UTC+8). TWD withdrawal service will be suspended from Jan. 20-29 and resume on Jan. 30. The deposit of TWD will not be affected on BitoPro. For BitoEX, you may purchase cryptocurrencies via ATM, bank wire or CVS exchange at convenience stores,
